The guard rail doesn't look like DuQuoin, Indy, or Springfield. Was this taken at Syracuse?

My dad had this same pic along with many others, including ones of his cars for the Indy 500. He and Mike were good Friends. I was a kid during those day's and only met him 1 or 2 times.
