Mooresville, NC - April 1, 2008 - It has been announced that Nascar Sprint Cup veteran and Cup championship runner-up Mark Martin is filing an entry for Anderson Speedway's 60th annual Little 500 to be contested on May 24, 2008. Martin has utilized the services of master sprint car chassis builder and occasional driver Dan Drinan to fabricate a special chassis for this one-off event. The car will be sponsored by Martin's former long-time sponsor Viagra and will carry the familiar Viagra colors. The car will have the familiar number 6 on it.

"I'm like a kid in a candy store" Martin exclaimed. "I've run the ASA 400 at Anderson years ago and always enjoyed running that track. The fans have always been good to me there. This will be a real challenge, but I am really looking forward to it."

A spokesman has already confirmed that the race will be shown for the first time on the Playboy Channel to cable and satellite subscribers to tie in with Martin's sponsorship.

Wow, I fell for this one hook, line, and sinker. I thought "He should do well in this long race, given his stamina from all the exercise he does."
