I attended the Icebreaker last night and I realize that this is a late model race but I wanted to point out a couple of things. The program started on time and even with 2 support classses we were finished with the feature and on the way home at 10:25 PM. Kevin Miller would be proud.:O: The racing was great and the winner came from 16th starting position to claim the victory. A lot of passing and three wide, side by side racing through out the evening.

A pat on the back to Chris Nunn for the tribute to the late Bill Nelson. A great night of entertaining racing all in a time frame that put us back on the road at a reasonable hour.:thumb My hope is that the MSCS and USAC shows will be as exciting and I can't wait to be there.

I apologize for breaking down like I did, was probably hard to understand me. Losing a man like Mr. Nelson has been one of the hardest things to get over. They had rented out the VIP booth last night, and were supposed to be our guests last night

Im glad you guys had a good time last night, good to hear we actually put on an entertaining show

Yes that is the third Ice Breaker I have been to and the best one yet there is a lot of bashing of brownstown on some other boards but I can't see it I have always had a good time there even when the prep work is a miss they still try hard to take care of the fans

What a great night........Lost count of how many times Chris Nunn had to say they were three wide.....Early in the night I think everyone was afraid it was gonna be a one lane track, but the Brownstown track crew did great......The track was real fast and more than one groove.....Kudos to the staff and that announcer guy didnt do to bad either.......lol......Great job as usual Chris.....

Chris,

Thanks for taking the time to recognize the loss of Bill Nelson. He was a great guy, a good friend, and will be sadly missed by all he touched.
