I'd like to see them move it from Friday to Saturday and Sunday even though it will still be rather cold tempertures slowly improve over the weekend.

The race is Friday and Saturday. Get over it. If a few of you want to buy a track and set your schedule 3 days out waiting for the perfect temps, go for it!

A little cold won't hurt no one. Why change the dates if the weather looks to be dry both days? Hell Lincoln (PA) Speedway ran the one week in March and it was snowing during hot laps. They didn't panic or move the show, they kept it moving along and had a great, tacky surface with good racing. Can't wait for the weekend. Just have to make it through two more days of work, and a 10 hour drive.

Agree 100%. If it's too cold, stay home. There is basically no racing in IN for 5 months. I've sat inside long enough. They race, I'm going. All you have to do is be prepared for it or stay home. You reschedule it for another weekend, you might reschedule it from a cold-out into a rainout. This time a year, it might be a long wait for perfect weather.

I'd amend my friend's message to say any time of year.

Are you sure? Ryan Smith runs at Lincoln Speedway in a 410 saturday nights for the Pinter #92 team, and Tim Buckwalter runs Modifieds at Grandview Speedway (a rookie in the modifieds but still has his two midgets) every saturday. I will check with both of them and write back. Bruce Buckwalter is slated to come out too. He's leaving tomorrow sometime.

Also, Ryan drives for Donnie Kreitz at the Grove friday nights, so I'm 99% sure he won't be out there. Also just now Timmy messaged me saying that he isn't coming out.
