One word since Instant Classics can only take place west of I-65

EPIC!!!!!!!!!!

DD got caught up in a skirmish on lap one that him and a couple others lost about ten spots on the first lap. DD did have a flat on Lap sixth and was running 11th. He ran the whole race with it flat and didn't lose a spot.

What can i say, WOW. Started out with Gulick Stockon, Hines, Cottle battling hard, Stockon didn't come to finish second. HIm and Gulick swapped sliders several times laps 12-25 when Stockon took control. Bacon who started about 11th I think catfished and on lap 27 clearly had the line for the lead but almost took out a marker tire. KT. Jr. Made the top side work which Dutcher seems to unrealistically been able to groove tires for Dust as Evident by tonight and BC's Sprint Week run last year..

Two restarts with two laps to go but either time a blanket could have been thrown. At the Checker it was KT. JR fist pumping to the crowd as he crossed the finish line with Stockon half a car length behind and Bacon half a car length behind him.

WOW, GREAT SHOW, Thanks to all the teams to that came out. Logan Hupp put on a Burg Clinic on what some call a huggy pole track in the Consi, BUT IT WASN't. He was going in high and driving down the banks.

Thanks to Rudy for the rework, That track was five lanes wide the whole feature and they used every one of em.

WOW.
Good night

That's what it looked like from my seat.

Flagman was clearly throwing yellow and not checker as Leader crossed the line., Everyone was saying what a race, I was saying yellow.

This was an extraordinary night of racing. Kevin Thomas Jr always had the talent. Now he has honed his skills to the point where he can be a threat to win on any given night. And if he just slipped just a tiny bit last night he would have wound up third.

We get a sentimental favorite in Chase Stocken finishing a very close second and Brady Bacon in the local Hoffman car a nearly as close third.

As stated above^^^ Dave Darland should get an award for gutting out a race essentially on three wheels. Yeah it was the left front and that wheel isn't used as much but try it sometime. That's why he is the peoples champion.

Track prep was as good as it gets. Many Kudos to Dave and the crew.

The only bads on the whole night was Chris Windom bending his car up pretty good on a collision with Ted Hines on a racing deal and one of our locals Justin Owen looking smooth in qualifying only to have something break on the steering and messing up the rear end in the process.

I sent a message to one of our local TV stations this morning on Facebook to give a shout out to the race last night at the 'burg and that this is the best auto racing on the planet, better than NASCAR, better than any. And I don't just mean this particular show. I mean everywhere in Indiana, in Illinois and Ohio. We have an industry here that is providing us with some great entertainment. We are very lucky.

I don't get to Lawrenceburg as much as others, but I can say of the dozen or so times I Have been there since the track was changed, this was the best show I have seen.Feature was good from start to finish, and the last 10 laps really good. It was also a very impressive group of cars and drivers. Good show. Even with a lengthy track rework, I was on my way home at 10:45. A very well ran show.

I can help with a few of these:

Gardner - Back in Cali running with USAC/CRA
Stanbrough and Short - Putnamville
Memmer - Retired. Was interviewed by Chad
East - Saw him on a quad in the pits

The very end of I-70 on the west side is in Utah. So Instant Classics must happen in Utah,Nevada,or California....
