If he was a rookie but he raced last year. Only REAL rookies I saw this year was Tyler Courtney, Nick Drake and Parker Price-Miller. May have been some at Paragon but only went there for the KISS race so I dont know.

Josh ran very few races last year earlier this year the Lps announcer said he was in the running all his races last year was at Lps and he was Lps rookie of the year at Lps this year so I just guessed he was still a rookie
