Don I know we have had our share of disagreements but I'd like to compliment you on having the stones to come out and run midget week. You had a little adversity but you kept at it and ended up with a pretty good result at Kokomo. I know you arent funded as well as most of the regular USAC teams but you ran the whole week and kept after them. Good job

Thanks! We had a lot of fun last night at Kokomo. Dave Darland is just one of the best drivers ever. We are excited about our new car that ran at the Put and "briefly" at Bloomington. If you saw the heat race at the Put (before the throttle linkage snapped) you will know what I'm talking about! That was an amazing run while it lasted. And a big thank you to Mark Girard and Geoff Kaiser for a job well done with setups and mechanics.

The driver at Gas City was a one race deal. Dave took over the next night.

It's kind of a tough thing seeing DD walking around at Gas City in street clothes. Thanks Don for putting him in a midget where he belongs, just wish the second Scisco #7 sprint car had been as strong as the original #7 Scisco that ended up in Victory Lane at Bloomington Friday night. 5 great nights of racing, don't you wish 40+ midgets would show up every time they ran? you know they're out there somewhere. bob

Regarding the pic above.......I just want to know how in the world that car is hooked up that hard on a track that looks so beat up and worn out already....was the bottom still really good (better than it looks), had the car just ramped the LF off a berm,+ or was there some set-up magic that I have never had going on there?
