18% unemployment and nobody wants a part time job. 40 years ago I would have jumped at a job like that. Just pay my way in and feed me*** and a beer ever so often would be like a "fringe" benifit. It is pretty hard pushing one of those old sprint cars by yourself.

Aint no teenagers out there looking for experience any more. This is the best way I know to get your foot in the door if you want to be a racer.

Does anyone have any sure fire ways to hire good help these days?? We could use some help too.
