It is absolutely amazing what they get done each day. THey are down there working rain, snow or shine. I am just amazed that you can stop each day and there is something brand new done that adds another dimension to the track.

Thanks for the pics,

Shane

Dave said in that other thread with Pics that there would be a Pit Grandstand along with a Enclosed scale house, New exit to the track that included some kind of safer barrier on the back straight. ect.

Look it up

BTW, Thanks a lot for the pics.

Chuck, who really couldn't tell any work had been done in three and four last tues but clearly there has been in them pics.

Hey I was looking at the pics. It looks like the track has the same distance from the front stretch to the back stretch as the old configuration. Is this indeed the case? If so this will maybe make it a Paragon with banking? Or a 3/8 mile Haubstadt? Dave, can ya help me out here?

The banking will be 15 degrees in the turns and 4 degrees on the straightaways. Turns 1 and 2 will house 3 of the smaller grandstands that were in the turns 1 and 2 area and be elevated 15 feet. 2 more new grandstand will be installed in turn 2, these new grandstands seat more than the smaller ones did. The one extra section of grandstands will go in turn 3 for pit spectating.
Thanks, Dave

I know all of that already Chuck, but thank you anyways! My question was if the distance from the front straight to the back straight.... taken in a straight line.... is the same as the old configuration. It looks the same to me based on the pics I have seen. Was looking for confirmation on that. If so looks like it would be oblong oval.

here is something to keep in mind if you notice the flag stand is in the same place. I was woundering if this will be like the finsh line at the action track were it is past the center of the front strech. the pohtos really look like the track is longer on one end than the other. If i am seeing the lay out right other than that looks like its going to be pretty nice.
