The best Labor Day weekend race in the country is the Oswego Supermodified Classic. Nothing like being there Classic weekend. They added the modified 200 back to the Saturday night sked. Great racing for anyone who can make it there.

I'll second that, this Labor Day Weekend will find me at Oswego Speedway for Classic Weekends racing. The buzz around Oswego is there could be 50 plus supers trying for those 34 starting spots for the Classic. The mod squad being added back to the Classic schedule reminded me of your Mom's days at Oswego. Are you making the trip east this week?

Johnny Benson will be attempting to make his first Classic start, what a story that would be if he won. His Dad won the Oswego Classic back in the 60's. Will miss Davey Hamilton and Bobby Santos running in this years Classic, they both have other commitments Labor Day Weekend.

Tonights news from Oswego is Joe Gosek won the 2011 Supermodified Track Championship.
