A few years back I remember watching the Chili Bowl on ESPN (I think that was the channel anyway) but I keep hearing that this is the "first time ever on TV." Does anyone else remember this? Dan Boorse won with the last lap pass...

I personally think there needs to be more "good" racing on TV instead of NASCAR...still can't figure out why people want to spend six hours of their day watching boring racing, I'd rather watch paint dry, basket weaving or ice skating....ugh

Yes, I remember it. I was on vacation in Florida, and instead of going to the beach, I sat in the condo and watched it. It was tape delayed IIRC.

Nascar.com may want you to sign up for Trackpass to get the feed on their sight. They have a Free Trial, but sometimes it sucks. Just a fair heads up!

Fan of all types of racing!!!!!:Steer

I bought in to that deal for the Daytona 500 last year, what a joke, I could see drivers talking on the in car camera but when I clicked on them sometimes it would be silence!:headbang:

Years ago the Chili Bowl did a Simlcast which we had at the Brickyard Crossing in Indy. I was a kind of pay per view. We had a lot of fans who had fun including Stewart one year. Hope they get every night on TV soon.
