Please don't shoot the messenger. I'm a big fan of the Donald myself.

it's starting already, people beating a man down because he is successful and may be our next president. someone who actually creates jobs....oops, did i say that....

This is why the race is no place for politicians. They are pouncing on him.... relentlessly... and it's already started to take attention away from the cars, drivers, and centennial activities. Unless AJ Foyt or Tony Stewart are running for president, there's no need for a politician close to the IMS at this time.

I'm not much of a ***** fan myself. But as long as we have a safe and entertaining Indy 500, who really cares who drives the pace car? It would be nice to have AJ drive it on the 50th anniversary of his first win, but to me this is really a non-issue.

The race itself is what counts.

Do they really need a reality show flim-flam man with bad hair and no racing background? A. J., parnelli, or Gary B. or any # of others would be better!!!

***** must respectfully hand over the keys to A.J. Foyt. Period. They can do the parade thing together, that should make sponsors and everybody else happy.

A retired Navy Seal hero is perfect for the 100th 500 mile race. You can bet that the race in NC will have a serious military theme to their pre-race.
