I was looking at the Williams Grove Speedway message board earlier this morning and noticed a thread titled rainedout.com I thought it was some kind of a joke but I guess not. Pretty nifty.

Like Aero said, please mention the name of your track in the notification. If more than one track uses the same service, the text looks like it will come from the same number. I just tested it for Twin Cities and Brownstown, and that was the case.

Thanks for using these tools. It sure beats the old days of redialing the track for an hour trying to get thru!

A lot of the tracks around here use Twitter not only to send out text about rainouts but also special announcements about the upcoming events or track news

D.O. all the text messages from rainedout.com will look as if they are coming from the same number. That's why Whisler recommended all the tracks include there names in each message.

When you receive a message from us, it will come from tel# 84483, but the first line appears like this:
FR:Waynesfield Raceway Park
