On a good note I'm glad JJ Yeley wasn't a start and park today. Looked at the results and he completed all 188 laps. Good job.
hope you enjoyed watching the grass grow.. Baseball over racing Please...!! Doesnt get much more boring than that.

On the j.j. Yeley dea, he did not "complete all 188 laps". if you look at the results he didnt start the race! Bill elliott did crediting him with 26th! He probably complete 140 of the 188 after the driver swap!!...

Weelll! Perhaps I'm being too hard about the Sprint Cup race today. In fact since we are talking about minutes of excitement there is a very distinct similarity between the Talledega race and, say, your average weekly sprint car feature in Indiana. Both have about 10 minutes worth of excitement.

It's obviously different then a dirt race. How many of you can say you've only seen great races on fairgrounds miles?

But to say baseball and bowling are better? I've never checked, but I assume you won't see multiple former USAC champions playing those sports.

None of the racetracks in Canada have even started test and tune days yet! It rained everywhere in the Midwest, so I'd say we are pretty fortunate to get to see any racing.

Heard 'Dega referred to at work last night as "Brokeback Racing"!
