[QUOTE=tailtank;21194]What you can't say DD around here if it might be negative? Oh brother.

So beside the fact that he is one of best sprint car drivers ever and has a drop dead beautiful wife and a kid who' knows all the hottest girls in the stands...I still say leave him out of this.

Only using him for comparison, nothing more. I agree he is one of the best to ever strap in a USAC division car.

Hawker, with all due respect. What does that have to do with Kevin being OUT OF CONTROL in a SPRINT CAR?????????

You obviously didn't watch the video...

Take a look at it, read the caption, then get back to me..............

Now, as far as being "Out of control in a sprint car" goes; is he the only USAC driver you've catagorized as "out of control"? Or is he the only one?

Your rightI didn't watch the video....

Out of Control<<< The difference is, I'm not trying to justify anyone else's driving style with statistic's they may have put up when they drove BOMBERS. As I said in another thread a month ago. You Swindell fans defended Sammy for Thirty years, now you can reach retirement age defending his son...Outlaw fans........

Yeah, he's the only one out of control that's a dick about it.

One of the Swindell bashers posted a video of the "bombers" to try to prove some kind of point (I haven't figured that oune out yet) and I responded appropriately. Comparing apples to apples...

There is nothing to defend Sammy about. He is one of the greatest drivers to ever buckle in, winged or nonwing. Sorry, but that is a fact. Matter of fact, I got to see him go to Knoxville in one of Jeff Walker's rides a few years ago, after being out of a nonwing sprint for longer than most of the current drivers there had even been alive and he TOOK THEM TO SCHOOL. Sorry about their luck... I was also there for all four of his Chili Bowl victories, you should have seen that, only getting in a midget once a year and once again, taking the best of the best nonwing drivers to school. Nothing to defend there, that is pure talent bud.

Kevin was "cut from the same cloth". Has he been out of control at times? Sure, but I have seen some veterans pull some pretty stupid moves too, some more than just a couple of times. So quit hating the kid because he has driven a winged car.

BTW, I've been watching sprints for over 40 years. If I were to keep a tally, nonwings would outnumber wings by 2 to 1.
