looking for shop sponsor

Well until 1/19/2011 Sexton Group Racing had a fully operational race shop. Unfortunately the owner/sponsor of the building changed his mind on our agreement ( we had a agreement till 2012) and rented out the shop space giving us just till the Feb 1st to move out. We need at least 1500 square feet as we have 5 Focus race cars and lots of spares. We have won over 30 races in the last two years and 7 Championships. Contact Wally Sexton at 317-625-1232...
UPDATE..I appreciate the phone calls but no Eric and I did not have a falling out. His decision was based solely on cash offered to him. No we did not have a contract because we were friends for a long time and I trusted him. We are still friends.
I am looking for 1500 sq ft at least. Now with Eric I took care of the building and properties, handled complaints and gathered the rents on the other units paid my own utilities and was basically on call for him 24/7 if he needed me. I even offered him $600 to stay there but he got $700 and he will be doing his own yard work and maint. So I am looking at least for the same kind of deal...

We know your pain, we had a sponsor agree to do work on the truck and trailer plus a couple tires on the trailer, we put their name on the car and hero card's. Business had slowed down but he agreed instead of money he would not charge for the work. His daughter ( known by another name around here) takes over and promptly sends us a bill with a large amount of interest attached. This was a couple years ago and to this day if we broke down coming thru Flora I would push the truck and trailer home before I ask for help.
