Just checked out usacracing.com. Good to see Tri-State Speedway on there 3 times.

USAC Midgets May 21 (HUT 100?)
USAC Sprints July 16 (End of Sprint Week)
USAC Sprints September 17 (MSCS/USAC clash?)

I wish that midget race was two weeks earlier, as it was in 2010. May 21st is pole day at Indy and that means I can't enjoy all of the Indy festivities.

Ron,

You won't be alone traveling down 41 to get to Haubstadt in time for the Hut 100. Like most years, there are always conflicts that unfortunately can't be helped. I am sure that there will be a couple of other nights that two or more events will be scheduled that I would like to see as well. It just comes with being a true race fan.

Mike

Be nice to people on the way up. You might need them on the way down. Jimmy Durante

I didn't think about that. I guess we will need to rush back down 41. But, with it being two weeks later we can hope that the temp is a little more on the nice side.
I know I keep saying this but if some of you guys have not been to a midget race at TSS you don't know what you are missing. The last 2 races the drivers were out of their minds.

Mike,

No doubt about it; that happens a few times each year.

I am so ready to do a little tailgating and watch a lot of slide jobs. Bring on the dirt racing season!

AMEN to both of those (tailgating with the best crew around and dirt track racing). All three of those dates are on my must see list for 2011.
