I don't post on here much, but I know the power of prayer helps and a racing buddy and family needs our prayers. Please keep Chet Gardner and the family in your thoughts and prayers.

Chet I will be praying for you and your family. I am so thankful
that we can post the words of God on this board to comfort and guide
our fellow racers and fans
The wonderment and beauty of the relationship of a shepherd to his flock
and the relationship we share with Jesus Christ as our Shepherd
as written about in Psalms 23 will bring you the peace you need to face your
situation.

The LORD is my Shepherd
I shall not want
He makes me to lie down in green pastures
He leads me beside the still waters
He restores my soul
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His names sake
Yea though I WALK THROUGH the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil
For You are with me
Your rod and Your staff they comfort me
You prepare a table before me in the presence of enemies
You anoint my head with oil
My cup runs over
Surley goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD
FOREVER
Josh God Bless you for letting us know about and lift up in prayer your friend.

Josh is not here so I can not give all the details but sadly Chet passed away at the young age of twenty four. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I am sure when time permits Ronnie or a member of the Gardner family will update us.
