I received an email in response to my order saying that they are closed and won't be back until January 3. Great customer service. It takes five months to make it available and then you can't get it.

Yeah I cant even drive the 4 miles over there and buy one in person.

Gee, would you be complaining about slow delivery if they hadn't posted a reply message stating that they were closed until 1/3/11? Don't wanna wait? Then, cancel your order!

I agree John! Wondering if my boss will let me use company truck to drive from Haubstadt to Indy and back to get my dvd and get paid too. Maybe I shouldn" push it
