I'm at 45 and holding. Will probably attend the December POWRi show at DuQuoin. That will probably be the only other race I will attend this year. There simply aren't any events close enough to me that I am able to attend.

2 Micro races - Shootout & Peru fair race
1 TORC event - Joliet
Saturday's Gateway Nationwide race
The other 89 were all sprint car, Silver Crown, and/or midget races.
Got rained out or cancelled 20 times.

89 so far through this weekend. Was at Florence last night and missed both Shortbus and Chuck and that is hard to do. Where were you guys hiding? Hope to see a few more shows yet this year but old man winter is about here. Sorry to see the season end but more importantly sorry that I will not see so many racing friends until next spring.

The best show was where ever I was sitting in the bleachers watching racing that evening. The worst show I saw all year still beat the hell out of sitting behind the computer complaining about dusty track conditions, high ticket prices, late running shows, dog do do, motorcycles, not allowing a cooler, wing vs non-wing, mud cabs and tin tops and various other gripes, bitches and overall grief. To all you folks, silly season is about here. Have at it.
