I'm going to build a model Dave Darland's 1999 USAC Sprint Championship car. That Hoffman Auto Racing Kroger #69. I've found a few (4) pictures of this car online. What I'm looking to know is; Was there a silver pin stripe separating the blue stripe from the red? Some pics it looks silver, some just look like white. Anyone "in the know" that could help it would be greatly appreciated. This car is being built strictly for my own personal collection of Darland 1/24 plastic model Sprint Cars, which is up to 6, and should grow to at LEAST 10 by spring. TIA!!
Rob can probably answer that. Are you planning on building any of the Kurtis midgets that Revell is releasing in the next couple months? Posted via Mobile Device

Can you tell me where to find info on the Revell midget they are releasing? Did they not have one years ago? I wonder if it is a re-release?
New midgets are all new tools. www.revell.com should have something. if not there are several model car message boards that should have the info. Im sure they'll be a couple midgets end up in my stash.
New tooling. Skill Level 3. Approx. 105 parts. V8-60 due out November. Offy due out December/January. Looking for someone who can make decals. Posted via Mobile Device
Just wanted to say a quick THANKS again to some folks on this board who are willing to help a plastic hacker like myself. I can build better models thanks to you guys... And, make my Darland model collection grow!
