No official word yet.....the fairboard is for it. We just have to decide if the weather, fan base, and car count would justify going forward next week or just wait until next year. As a group, we will make a decision tomorrow. Right now clean up is taking place.
On a positive note, despite the weather and short prep time it finacially was a success. We will post full results soon.
Thanks,
Steve

As a fan I would like to see a few more shows this year. It would be nice to see an afternoon show because it is starting to get rather cold in the evening. Hopefully this means that there is hope for next year. My vote is for Sprint car racing on a weekly basis.

If VCS races Sprints on October 16th we will be there. I like the idea of a day race this late in the season.

Love your enthusiasm however a day race at VCS is just not a good idea. The clay there hardens very easy and becomes severly dusty when it does. Been there done that many times. The same times as advertised last Sat. is the best time for the track prep.

Great night of racing despite the cold temps! Did anyone take pictures? Would love to see them.

We are starting an hour earlier to help with the falling temps as the evening goes on. 4pm hot laps, 5pm racing. We see the forecast is much better than last Sat, but the sun goes down quicker each week.
Thanks,
Steve
