But, most importantly Bill, thank you for taking time to have this site where people with similar interests can exchange ideas and stories.
Now, if can you send a thousand new subscribers to the Hawkeye Racing News my direction I'd certainly appreciate it. This week you'll find a story on midget driver, and aspiring USAC Silver Crown driver, Shane Cockrum, son of Cliff Cockrum, as the cover story.

Bill: my wish list

1. What Jim said

2. Same goes for hoseheads.com I need all the readers I can get.

3. Can you loan me enough $$$ so I can retire like my friends Dave, Marv, Ed and Ron?

4. Can you guarantee me that Bloomington will finish its sprint feature by 10 p.m. tomorrow night? And same for LPS, L'burg, etc.?

5. Can you think of a witty password for me?

6. Can you show me the cheapest places to buy gas when I'm on the road?

7. Can you find something else for that Mud Packer guy to do so I can talk to his lady friend Kelly?:2: Same for Mr. Shaw and his lady friend Cathy.

8. And don't forget to mention NONE of this to my wife Anita.

9. Try and do something about that dust. It messes up my dining experience at LPS; the Bar-B-Q you recommended is even better minus the dust.

10. Please control these crazy Indiana promoters, especially that Rudisell fellow.

Folks, please read my current signature line. Especially the first sentence.

I am currently out of the office. If it's important leave me a message, if I don't respond you know why.

You'll respond and like it, buddy. Have me a Bar-B-Q sandwich ready on Saturday night. Or else. :2:

Seems to me all the requests are reasonable, except one. It is impossible to control that Rudisell guy, and we all know it. It was a nice suggestion though.

Yeah we know, you will get back to us. That is the second biggest lie in America behind the checks in the mail. By the way Danny boy, what do you mail carriers do with all of those checks anyway?:hook:
