44 cars at Gas City...

44 cars at Lincoln Park....

38 cars at Paragon.....

126 cars at three different tracks...now, how can anyone complain about a lack of cars in Indiana...I'm especially impressed by the car counts at LPS and Paragon up against an ISW race.....

Good Point. Lots of guys don't run USAC due to fees, head restraints etc. Anyway you look at it great cars counts.

Thanks to all the teams that raced on Saturday at their track of choice.

LPS was another Dickie-fest but Bub Cummings was right there again. He has a win in him sometime soon. If he had 1 full car lenghth to use in both his second place finishes he would of won them both.
Great run Bub Cummings.

Abundance indeed The local track out here had 360 wing & nonwing sprints scheduled. 8 wing cars and ONE (1) nonwing showed. They did make up for that with a huge 12 car field of modifieds Grandstand admission was $15, pit fee is $40-$50. Wonder why nobody goes....

$25 for a pill pick, joining usac is pricey [but I think you can still run 2 times a year on a waiver]...you do have good insurance as a member...head and neck restraint required[member or not]around $1000 and you have to run hoosier tires and their spec tire RR..also I think you have to run a drag link strap...ain't that big a deal ..check out usac's web page ..all the rules are there...they might let you run one night if your visors a little long,,something like that ..but if there a real safety issue ,,usac tech will not let you go on the track..good luck
