Guys like Blake Fitzpatrick, Hunter Schuerenberg, Thomas Messeraul, Chad Boespflug and Shane Golobic all have something in common, other than having names that are difficult to spell. They all can drive and help guarantee that this will be an exciting sport to watch, for years to come.

Let's also add Sammy Imel and Dakoda Armstrong. Both have done a great job. :thumb:

Kenny Biro has had a great year in Sprints and Midgets in 2007. Just him and his dad Curt working their way up the ladder of experence together. Kenny had many good runs in the midgets with PowerI, Badger and USAC plus Kokomo Rookie of the Year. Like a lot of the new youngsters racing today they have some good equipment and race getting as many laps as they can this year. Yet with a lot smaller budget.
Look for a bigger and better year in 2008.

Can't argue with any name mentioned. All of them I have seen have left a good impression with me.
Two names to add:
Jimmy Light. Someone on here posted early this year that Jimmy doen't get any respect on this board. He won three 'burg shows this year and several top 10s. I'd say he earned a fair amount of respect. My hats off to him.
Billy Olson. The only suggestion I have for him, paint your car bright red. All he would do in his white sprinter while everyone was watching Stanbrough and company was pick off cars without anyone noticing and ending up with a good finish. Hope the Iowa driver will join us again in '08.

Bobby Balou- fresh out of H.S. won a ton of races this year against the best compition! While mentioning BB would be a shame not to give credit to Dallas and Jimmy for putting a car on the track that won as many if not more races than the teams with much larger budgets.

Because of the fact that, this year and last, Robert has scored several high profile victories, I sometimes forget to think of him as a "young driver". Even though he is one. Regardless, I think the midwest racing scene has benefitted from Ba Ba Loo migrating East.
