When did The Hawk's take over as promoters?

Hawk's became the track promoters this year. There will be no non wing
sprint racing at Jacksonville in 2010. They are not participating in Illinois
Sprint Week.

We went the night before the Springfield Crown race last year for a Sprint Invaders show & had a great time. Too bad they're not participating in ILSW, would like to see N/W Sprints there.
