I met Joe at a national youth hockey tournament in Peoria, IL back in about 1985. He was coaching a team of 11 and 12 year-old boys. We BSed about both hockey and racing for a while.

Steve,
I find it difficult to believe that Joe would have had any type of chance to out BS you.

Rich, thanks for sharing, glad to hear Joe will be back racing full time this year. Hopefully I will get to a good number of those races this summer, and see not only Joe, Vicky, Piper and Remi but allot of my long time friends, headed for N. Y. in a few weeks. See you in July Rich.
Seadog, you should plan a trip to the Big O the weekend of July 10th, that is this years Old Timers Reunion Weekend, they have changed the format this year and are racing both Friday and Saturday night I believe. Saturday before the racing action there is a huge catered picnic allot of past stars of supermodified racing attend. Rich usually makes the trip home and I plan on attending, we will save you a seat.
Joe's brother Eddie coaches the Oswego Lakers Hockey Team, I have to say Go Lakers they play tomorrow in Oswego in the Championship game. Wish I was there!
Good Luck Joe in 2010!
