If I buy the 24.95 package can I go back and watch what I missed later? I wont be home till about 8 PM each night.

Correct. The archives are usually up 4-6 hours after the LIVE broadcast.

Is the 4 hours pretty much a one night rate? Is it consecutive hours? And is the 1 hour whatever hour I choose to click in? If I'm thinking of just watching the feature event only each night.

Yes, you have to register to watch the FREE.

A Credit Card is NOT needed unless you want to watch the PPV.
