California features the USAC Western States sprint car series which is racing on asphalt. Websites include SCRAFAN.Com, Norcal (hoseheads), Skippers Party, VRAFAN.Com and hoseheads national. Don't see much about the asphalt USAC series on these boards though. Hope this helps.
