I think mine has to be the "Gettin' Dirty" Johnny Parsons helmet. Very cool. What's yours?

The red and engine turned silver leaf helmets that Dale Burton did for Sheldon Kinser.

Just about any Dale Burton helmet, for that matter.

How do you do it David? I don't know of anybody that has more racing info and trivia knowledge than do you.

And I thought that I am a racing guy. It blows me away.

Mario Andretti's, when you saw that in your rear view mirror you knew things were about to heat up. I also like Brad Kuhns as a close 2nd

Lloyd Ruby's "flocked" (it had a "velvet" texture to it) helmet during the 1968 season. He almost won the 500 wearing that helmet before the magneto went sour on the car. Do any other oldtimers remember that helmet? It was red and purple (or blue). That was the first and only flocked helmet I've ever seen. I also like helmets that you can identify the drivers by, for example, the simple design of Graham Hill's helmet. You new it was Graham in the car as soon as you saw the helmet. He wore that same design his entire career and I believe his boy did too.
