Dave has it heavily wrapped; this happened before hot laps, so he has driven in qualifications and in his heat since the incident. He has not had X-rays yet. The accident required his Rick Daugherty-owned team to replace the front end on the car.

In true Darland fashion, he still participated in the hour-long autograph session.
