Am I drunk or wasn't there a "ROAD TO INDY" program a few years ago?

Seems like maybe it involved every car in a certain series putting on "road to indy" stickers... they only raced ovals...both dirt and pavement...

Didn't the winner of this "Road to Indy" thing get a "Test" for one of the major indy teams....

Didn't it turn out that "Test" actually meant a handful of laps in a 3 year old car on an empty track?

Did anyone even run a stopwatch that day?

If I have dreamed all of this I will apologize and delete this post but it sure seems like we've all heard "Road to Indy" somewhere before.
