I think all decent people, race fans or not, would care. I also would suspect that usacgirl just might be the screen name used by a disgruntled miscreant such as that woman who made such as ass of herself when Dave Darland crashed at Bloomington a couple months ago.
For the uninformed: miscreant - "noun. a vicious or depraved person; villain"
No, I'm not off my meds,
but off my soapbox for now.

Well said as usual. And I do care too about ANY driver who has an injury and trying to come back from it. I do like JJ...... but even if this happened to a driver I didn't like I would still want to hear how he/she is doing. The last thing I ever want to see is any of these folks hurt.... and the best news of all is hearing they will be fine.
Keep healing JJ. Hope to see you in Tulsa in January.

Pat,THANKS for your post,if usac girl is one and the same that made an azz of herself @ Blmgtn. well we can speculate who she is,the sad part is to me is her signfiicant other, probably was with her and "approved" this reaction. These are JMO!
Andrew thanks so much for the good news on JJ. Just during the oval nationals I was thinking about JJ and went to his website to see if they had posted a recent update. I am thrilled to hear some news may be soon coming regarding Nascar!!! JJ my friend, I hope you heal up better than you ever dreamed and that God blesses you with a good ride again in Nascar and that you go back and show them you can get the job done.
I would like to clairify. I am sorry JJ got hurt at Lakeside and glad he is ok and did not get it worse. However, he is way over rated!...Top notch NASCAR team and fell right on his face. He had NOBODY to race against when he did the triple unlike Stewart did. The cream rises to the top and JJ was not one of them. Credit him as a typical west coast dirt sprint driver at best.

He is a has been....move on please!
I would like to share my opinion here. He is NOT over rated. He is SUPER talented. That top notch Nascar team was focusing on their other drivers and JJ was not getting what he needed to be successful. JMO. He is NOT a has been. HOW RUDE!! I think you need to move on and not post this junk on this board anymore!

I am not going talk about the equipment that JJ was in at Gibbs. Its well known he was in Bobbys who finished 24th the year that JJ took over. JJ was a rookie, Bobby had ten years with the team. Bobby left for a reason. Tony Stewart has always been impressed with JJ- So don't go there. and I am sorry you have never been able to see real talent in action. For instance JJ going through the Alphabet soup at the Chili Bowl. So many great times!
