I dont see the problem. I love Aeros seats at Gas City! Reserved seats are fine with me also. I agree with Funk!! People now days think they are entitled to way to much.
I have worked hard to get there early to save our seats for a lot of years
have had the same seats for a long time
if you want a good seat get there early

That's fine if you reserve them day of show but when they are reserved days or even weeks before. It doesn't matter how early you show up on race day, they are still reserved. I bet I could probably get to gas city when the gates open and still not get on the top row. How much earlier are you supposed to get there? Oh wait at Gas City I guess in march before any racing starts if I want a good seat.

If I tape down a blanket when I am up there in May, can my other half use the seat when we come back in July?

You act like you can't see from the 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 row from the top.Do your eyes work better the higher up in the grandstand you are
Allowing people to put blankets down in advance for a general admission show is like giving free cokes away at the concession stand. Don't the track owners realize this?
If I owned a track, I'd let you put blankets down for the whole season...as long as they were my "track blanket".

I was merely just making a point. Apparently it came across as more then that. Sorry I have been working my butt off for the last 2 days working 12-14 hours a day.

Needles to say, the tape didn't stay up too long and we got a seat. Haven't been back and may not. At least at Haubstadt you can call ahead and get reserve seating. and at bloomington I can usually get the seats I want. Hopefully some track owners will look at the results of this poll. track owners can use all the money they can get !!! Randy Smith
Come on down to Section A; you know you want to be there enjoying the evening. You might be surprised at who stops by. It seems that everyone wants to meet and greet the infamous Marvin Q. Fishburger and his friends.
I am wondering when Dave is going to have an autograph session for Marv,so us Fishburger fans can get his signature and photo.
I guess we are spoiled here. Our local track has plenty of seating and no REALLY BAD seats. No one does the blanket thing and we all seem to sit in our same seats that we allways sit in. I really do apreciate the info here tho so one day when I do come to Indiana I will know which tracks to go to and which one's not to go to. By the way I voted no. IMO if your blanket is down your butt should be on it, not sitting there while you are at home eating or doing something other than being at the track.
