That happened several times during the night. A car got a little bent out of shape and cars drove thru em.
I agree with the penalty to JD. I can even see Kramer upset. But hitting a guy in the drivers side more than once then hitting the offical telling you to knock it off. ********!

Thank you Chuck Nungester for your concern on JJ Hughes. He is doing just fine.

Way to go ICEMAN on another victory

Another fine run by young (a little older) Mister Gulick. He was patient and picked his spot and then turned some impressive laps to keep the lead. With a low car count it still was a good show and for only $7.50 what a bargain. The mortified guys really know how to entertain. The two who got into a little disagreement need to be put to the sidelines for a while. It seems that now if you don't agree with an official, you just aim your race car at him. This nonsense has to stop and it is time to do it NOW! What a total disgrace.:34;

Mr Fishburger claims that the sprint feature at 9:15 PM. I find that difficult to believe that he would know that since he was hustling for the Silverado. Must have had an important date at Bob Evans. A very entertaining evening was spent in Section A. The resident postal employee from Columbus and grandson "Swordman" kept us up to date on the various other racing going on elsewhere. The IOW link was hot and heavy this evening with updates going on through the cell phone. I have one question. Danny boy, did Swordman get his ice cream for the road?

Good run JR Douglas. After struggling early with drive line issues, he had a heck of a run in the feature.

Jim Gardner in his Mini-Sprint(sans wing). It actually looked really hard to pull the front wheels on purpose. Seemed like it was impossible to do at slow speed. Too easy to buzz the tires.

Just to clarify: No officials were hit by cars tonight.

We would like to thank everyone for their well wishes on our win last night. It was a long haul from Newton, Iowa to Lawrenceburg but obviously a good night. When you have good results, you forget about the long hours. Dave and his group are top notch. Those Safety Crew Members are the first ones to arrive at the scene of a crash, usually before the car even settles, and the first ones to greet you in Victory Lane with the same enthusiasm. Super group of people.

The Fans were super acknowledging the battle between Coleman and a very strong Jonathan Hendrick. Wow was he fast. Never gave up and hounded Coleman the whole way. He ran Coleman clean and we believe vice versa.

We would also like to thank the Harf and Darf groups for their support. They too were there in Victory Lane with Shirts, Hats and various contingency items. We really appreciate it. We are glad to be a part of Lawrenceburg Speedway. Thank you.
