Some good numbers on SC and midget entries. Damn, I wish I could go, but they are having a live video feed as I have heard.

Dont get too excited but that's not a preentry list...thats a list of the drivers who were at the night before the 500. I have not entered yet but our car is on the list.

Entry list for the USAC Silver Crown Series can be found , here.

Entry list for the USAC Midget Series can be found , here.

I don't see Ryan Newman on the Silver Crown list though and I thought I read somewhere that he would be racing

Thanks. It sounds like a clear cut case of false advertising practices by the managemant and staff of ORP.

It might be the Richmond entry list shown on there. Wazzup with that?

I can't speak of the midgets, but the silver crown list looks to be accurate. I do know of a couple more that aren't on the list too.
Perhaps Ryan doesn't want his name advertised as racing, kind of like Stewart did the first night of the rumble.

I would predict 30 sc cars and maybe 25 midgets, but what do I know.

Jay Drake entered in Ehrgott's Rev 1 Racing Silver Crown car. That's interesting.

Jay finished 10th in the Rev1 Silver Crown car @ Richmond last month. I think he is team manager for Rev1 Racing.

The schedule says midget practice at 3, silver crown practice at 4, and spectator gates open at 5...why the heck can't we go watch practice?

I'm not worried about the car count (they'll be enough) i just want to see a good race.

Gates are scheduled for 5 however we will ensure there will be staff to allow anyone who wants to get in at 3 for practice in for viewing. Should be a great nite.
