"Throttle" Sighting

A little birdie told me that there might be a couple of "Throttles" driving Micro Sprints at the Miami County Fair in Peru In. Wed, June 24th.

where was that birdie at exactly.In that tree outside turn 4?Makes me want to jump back in Dads for the night.The last time Cottle ran there I held him off for 22 of the 25 laps then made a mistake.Thats all it took.Id like another shot at it.
