Thinking of making the 3 hour drive. Realistically what car count can be expected?
I'm thinking 15 - 17 based on the pavement races this year. |

I would guess that your guess is pretty close. Though not a big field, there will be quality. It has been a long time since I have been to Salem, so if work doesn't interfere, we will be there.

There were 19 or 20 entries for the hall of fame Classic last month, and 17 showed up so your guess of 15 to 17 would be pretty close. Hopefully they get a couple more because of where they are racing at .

Very much looking forward to this race! I've had it penciled in since they announced it. Been way too long since I've had an opportunity to see USAC at Salem or Winchester.

I have a 3 hr+ trip also.
I hope for a great crowd, competition and would love to see a new or 1st time winner on the podium. Parity is so much better for this the sport. Regardless, I miss seeing all USAC divisions here & at Winchester.🏁
