In an effort to encourage more participation from grassroots sportsman racers, I've added $50 to Montpelier's purse to be paid to the highest finishing Focus, Ecotec, USAC legal Honda or Mini in the May 17th feature. Assuming 20 cars or more, the top sportsman car will make at least $200, with no entry fee (once Montpelier's one-time licensing fee has been paid). Please consider bringing your car out this weekend to support Montpelier Motor Speedway and midget racing in Indiana.
