did he ever say whether or not he was going to do the prelude to the dream deal this wednesday????

According to a news item in the Indianapolis Star they said he accepted. That is the only thing I have seen or heard.

there is nothing on his website and i havent heard anything further on it.......just curious and i thought it would be neat......

I just looked at the Eldora Speedway website and he isn't listed as one of the drivers competing. This list was as of 5/27/08.

he didnt say anything about it on letterman either.......i figured since it was for charity and if he was doing the deal he would have promoted it....

He has never raced on dirt, I hope he is going to race but it doesnt sound like it.
I have seen him at Western Springs a couple of times so he knows where the real racing happens..... :shoutThe DIRT

Stewart said on the pre race show Sunday that Dixon's schedule would not allow for him to race!
