frist year in Mini sprint Racing and after a few races the radiator does not seem to be flowing right, whats the best way to clean radiator on a Yamaha R-6 - Thanks

Doubt it's the radiator, they hardly ever clog.. Check your thermostat.

Yea I blew up two motors in a row because of a stuck thermostat.

Threw ours away too now all we need is a motor.

First off....make sure radiator is higher than the head when filling. Easy to get an air bubble stuck in there. Take thermostat out and just make it an open hole with a little restriction. I also put a lug nut in the upper radiator hose to further slow the water down so it can release more heat. The lug nut trick is what really helped it though.

Thanks for the info, will check out the thermosat to see if that solves the problem.
