kevin, i know it was a tough decision, but thanks for letting us know as soon as you could. at least now the sun can come back out, it always happens that way. the Hoosier 100 is still my favorite race, and no matter when you reschedule it, i will be there. bob:checkered:

Kidd I agree but some of the fans coming to town would show up, opening new eyes to the sport. If it was an event that would draw people.
Bob Sargent promotes AMA at the Springfield mile so he has some conection.
At least the promoter wants to reschedule, thats better than dumping the race.

I will alwways remember Kenny Roberts on the yz750 Yam. He flew down the straight but it was a pig in the turn.

I think it should be held on the Moto GP weekend as most of those racers started their trade racing on dirt tracks. The current world Moto GP champ, Casey Stoner used to spend a lot of time down here (Australia), at speedway meetings when he was younger.:thumb
