C.A.R.B. 2012 Hall of Fame Inductee Ricky Weld

If you are any where around a race track in any part of this country and mention the name Weld someone with in earshot of your words will know who that is. Either the wheels or Pappy the car builder or anyone of the brothers that raced.

The C.A.R.B. Hall of Fame will induct Ricky Weld into the Hall of Fame this year. I had a chance to sit down with his wife Ginny and son Jason to talk about Ricky the person and his racing career.

If the drivers from this era ring home with you as they do with me then you will want to get a ticket to the dinner and ceremony March 3rd at the Gladstone Community Center, $10.00 for a night of old timers and family celebrating racing and racers the way it was.
