Saturday, Saturday, Saturday! Come one, come all to the first annual Christmas 100. The cars and stars of the Silver Crown will take on the frozen Springfield Mile. An early entry and favorite in the field is a driver out of the North Pole, Santa Claus. He will be piloting a brand new, bright red, Rudolph powered, Elf chassis. Turning the wrenches will be Frosty the mechanic. He hails from northern parts and his familiarity with the snow-covered surface will be valuable. Asked about the race, Santa stated "I normally run with a wing because, well, I have to be airborn. Since these Silver Crown cars stay on the ground, they don't need 'em." Santa will be sponsored this year by a toy company from the North Pole. It looks like it will be an exiting day!
Everyone have a great week, and a very Merry Christmas!:2:

Christmas at the Springfield Mile!! How much better can it get than that?!! Will there be a red flag at 50 miles and how does one get tickets?
Merry Christmas to all!!
Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.
Are there going to be any support series? Midgets would be neat to see at the mile but I am afraid the casual fan wouldn't be able to tell them apart from the elves.
