I know this is IOW but a lot of you like bikes. I have 205 photos posted. I even have Nicky Hayden (red 69) . I shoot them once a year, and its a great show.
Also congratulations to Gas City track photographer Larry Kellog. He had the event poster photo.

Thanks for sharing your photos as they are great shots. A couple of my friends raced that night and you have shots of them, will pass your website along to them as I know they will appreciate your work. Noticing in your shots that you don't see any rider using the Leath neckbrace (like Hutchins in auto racing) what a shame that they pass up something as important to safety as this piece of equipment that could save their life in the event of an accident.

Interesting question...maybe they're not wearing one for the same reason they're not wearing motocross chest, back or shoulder protectors....personal choice & maybe because they're not designed for flat track use?

I don't know...just asking.
They don't wear the chest protector when they are wearing leathers plus with the leathers they (some) do have protectors on their backs which makes the riders look like the have a hump back. Some riders don't like the Leath brace on 1/2 mile or longer tracks because they are uncomfortable bending over to get lower to the tank. You are right it is a personal choice but could be a fatal one. I would have thought you would see more riders wearing them.
