Well, it didn't hurt to hope. There's a real big weekend (USAC/POWRI Midgets @ Granite City/USAC Sprints @ LPS) coming up next week, so hopefully Mother Nature will cooperate a little bit better then.

Glad they called it early. Hate that they are rained out, but the early decision leaves time for fans to make alternate plans.

The worst part of Bloomington getting rained out is not getting some of that world famous Bloomington Speedway ice cream. That is one of the highlights of my week!

Her highlight might include kettle corn but mine is the ice cream at Bloomington Speedway.
