If anyone by chance is heading on over to Springfield, Illinois on Saturday 22 August 2009 for the "Tony Bettenhausen 100, give me a shout.

I am usually around turns 3 or 4 taking photos.

Have a good day...see you at the races

How do you get a pass to get up next to the rail? I've always wanted to during hotlaps.

I just walk thru the opening at the fence in the infield, or around from the pits to the fourth turn. Watching the Silver Crowners broadslide thru the turns is one awesome rush, it doesn't get any better - JMO.

Keep your eyes open while standing at or near the 'rail', the Silver Crowners are thundering by before you blink an eye. Quite an exciting place to watch these open wheelers in slideways action.

Have a good day...hope to see you at Springfield
