Terry Goff Takes UMRA Win #104 at Gas City


Terry Goff took the 104th UMRA feature win of his illustrious career at the Gas City I-69 Speedway on Friday night.
After an early evening rain shower that made it look like boats would be the only machines racing during the night, Goff ran away with the victory in the 20-lap feature with Zach Cougill finishing second, Jason Vest finishing third, Brent Turner fourth, and Brandon Gray, who ran in the second spot for much of the race, coming home third.
Terry Goff, Trent Henderson, and Tim Lynch won the eight-lap heat races. Nelson Stewart and John Shewbrooks were uninjured in flips during the feature event. The next race for the UMRA will be Saturday June 6 at the Rush County Fairgrounds in Rushville.
