Lawrenceburg Speedway.... LIVE @ THE TRACK

Talk2drivers.com will be LIVE tonight from Lawrenceburg Speedway for the Eddie Bennett Memorial KISS show this evening. It should be a great race with quite a few big names there to duke it out.

We will be LIVE after the hot lap sessions are over with. I will be doing updates on all 3 divisions.... Lawrenceburg Chevrolet Sprints, AMSA Mini Sprints and Midwest TQ Midgets.

I will post transfers here this evening.... with head to toe results on T2D.

Our LIVE page is fully operational. We are waiting on a final switch for the domain to be fully active on our new host. As a result no driver interviews. That should be fixed soon. Please bear with us in this transitional period!

We look forward to either seeing you tonight at the track.... or if you cannot make it, thru the LIVE page!

Wow what a night of racing....

Faas simply in his own zip code tonight. The kid continues to impress me with his taking to Midwest tracks. Hendrick got his elbows up and took second away and ran off. The battle for third through 10 was the show of the night though. Shuman, DD, Bland, Balou, Short (from the back after nearly going over at the start), Stanbrough (from the back after a flat tire) were all fighting tooth and nail. You could have thrown a blanket on them at the end of the race.

Fast track with a couple good grooves. Got to say hi to Mr. Rudisell and saw some good open wheel racing.

Now it's time for some shut eye.

I was a little worried about the track at the start with it being so wet at towards the bottom. Seemed like it was gonna be a single groove track all night and it came right around for the features. Knoke was right, the battle for 3rd through 10th was definitely some of the best racing I've seen in a while.

Congrats go out to Rudy, Reese, Timmy and Mel for gettin the track ready today!!!
