Why are California tracks so damn rough??????

Moisture in the air/& it rained can = rough track many times...

I like a track with “texture” but that was a bit extreme. I want to give a huge applause to everyone involved in getting that show in. Kinda reminds of the inaugural BC39. That kinda moisture is tough to fight but the track and USAC got through it. I’m sure in different circumstances they would have tossed in the towel.

What time did it end? I went to bed and watched the replay the next day. I'm too old to be up that late. :-)
